Sorry to tell you this but most of you have already eaten dog or cat when you ate at a chinese restaraunt. Check the consistancy of your chicken next time you eat, white meat no matter how you cook it is a low blood vessle muscle having linear strains, dark meat is not as linear in strain but still has large areas where muscles overlap which will give you an idea of where it came from this is a characteristic of bird muscle structure........ but you know what you ate it and knew nothing off it, may have even commented on how good it was!
