I had some problems with them a few weeks back, went from a few thouasand hits a day sent to 0 hits sent in a 3 day period. I contacted the program owner who uses verotel and within minutes the hits started showing again as well as me getting the emails showing new sales/rebills

I contancted them, and was told that they did not know why this was happening, except for problems with their mail server.

Depends on how many you average a day. If you don't average much and you go to zero, could be just a dry spell maybe. But if you average quite a bit and go to zero, something is fishy.

There is something wrong with the stats for the past 24 hours...We are seeing double sales listed and many missing sales in the stats. Inconsistant emails as well. I know the sales are coming in as I can count .htpasswd entries to get a total.

Same here. Lots of double and triple sales. Customers complaining they tried to sign up several times, but didn't get a pass... but were actually charged for each attempt. No emails.
Got to go back to refunding pissed customers now...
