1:251, 112 signups on 28,153 uniques, total revenue= 975.52 <-- this does not equal retention to me. this is not to bash ya, its just plain facts... webmaster programs that are partnership need to be real about what they are doing more than ANY other program because there is TRUST involved. i send you signups, i trust you will make those signups turn into more money or otherwise, i'll send it to a PPS program. trust just gets violated when you tell someone something to get them to send you traffic, then back out later or don't produce the implied outcome (implied outcome meaning more dollars for MY traffic than i would get sending it elsewhere).
