    Anbody around that runs there own server that can help with Apache & setting up names

    Hey I am trying to get my new server set up and having a friend do all the name server stuff and get my domains figured out and now something is all messed up. I had to have him stop and I was just going to go back to forwarding my domains to the appropriate folders but when all the stuff he added was deleted it made it where I can't even get my apache restarted.

    This is taking a real long time and I am frustrated with how messed up it now is and I can't even go back to forwarding.

    Is anyone around that might be able to look around and help me get at least something back running? I hate to ask for help on here but I don't know where else to go to find knowledgable people with these programs and apparently having people I know personally help isn't working....

          Thanks for getting ahold of me and the hosting info.....

          I really need to not host with others and just get this server figured out though.

          If anyone else is around that can help please get ahold of me. I will be around trying to figure this out all day and night if it takes that long.

                      That's why I was posting on here. I will pay a tech or someone to help if they want paid or if someone just has a second to look through and see what my friend deleted to cause my apache to not restart.

                      I just figured this forum is the most active all day and night so somebody would come in eventually that could help rather then go to some other tech or webmaster board looking for someone to help and wait days for a response.

                      There has to be a million people on here that know apache and server configurations like the back of their hand around here.
