    How can I get a pay hosted blog with the same controls of Blogger?

    I'm not exactly a wizkid. I got used with Blogger but there's lots of domain thefts there.

    Is there a way I can host my blog on a pay site, but having the exact same controls Blogger has it, so I don't need to learn all over again?

    Please, explain to me as if I'm stupid, cause that's exactly what I am.
