                                                                                            Almost all Jews lived outside of Israel (seeing as Israel didn't exist). Most of those (who weren't murdered by Hitler) are settled where they are. Is there a law stating that you have to live in Israel if you are a Jew? Lol.
                                                                                            Maybe all Jews will go and live in Israel and maybe they won't, but there's nmo reason why they should at present.
