I was reading a post from AaronM about kids and whats wrong with parents these days and it got me to thinking...
They got restrictions and licenses for everything else... so I think there should be a rule about breeding... below a certain IQ level and your forbiden to have children. Adam Corrola (formaly of the man show) has been saying this for years and I have to agree with him. If there were rules on who can have kids we wouldn't have problems with neglected children who grow up the wrong way and end up causing nothing but problems... and besides... then we could continue to have sex with dumb chicks and not have to worry about getting them knocked up!
I say If your not a certain IQ level and you have no potential of ever being allowed to have kids (in that society) then we get them fixed and if you got a good body u start to stirp! It would make many fathers proud I am sure!
