Why do people that want to cancel have to email you? Don't you think it would be better to have an online form. Customers may feel more at ease to buy if they felt safe it wouldn't be a hassle.
I think you guys should also list the studios that are represented within the channels on the site. All I read was "recent studio releases". Is that crappy studios or good studios? Is it really newer product or is it dated 80's and 90's stuff. When I just ordered satellite radio (pretty much the same deal here) The first place I went was the channel line up's, the price, then I pulled out the credit card. It felt safe if it didn't work out to cancel and I knew exactly what I was paying for.
I think you guys have a great solution and your going to make a killing. But because of the above, I didn't even want the free box. And if I didn't, with mass marketing... There will be 1000's that feel the same way.
