I believe it's the second position they post her looking for resumés & applicants - why wouldn't they? How many members & lurkers have the qualifications, knowledge & ability to fill the position? I'd say there are at least 10 - whether they are presently working or not - still a good place to find the right person. Also, let's not forget they have ties with Lensman.
