It could be caused by posting your email on the web. Everytime you post [email protected] a bot is likely to pick it up and you'll end up on soem shit list with CP and R*PE ads flooding you. So the moral of the story is don't post [email protected] anywhere - ever.

I receive those too, i also received one with child pornography, and i immediately reported the spam and every detail of it to the proper organization. Spamarrest is the best way to go right now, many webmasters have it and it works a magic.
