50% is usually pretty good, but do a contract with her, and make sure that it works in your favor.

50% is the typical thing to do....or you can pay her money and shoot the crap out of her and make all the money for yourself. This has drawbacks because you will need updates. Man, if you give her anything but a flat fee for shooting right now you are a fool. Pay her to shoot.... see if the site sticks.. if it does then maybe off her a percentage of net, never of the gross. All the work is on you to make things happen.
Factor in hosting, your time, design and gallery cost, cc processing fee's. Once you have done all that, if you want to give her 50/50 of what real net is on a solo site then go for it.
We will never enter into a contract with a girl ever unless shes a penthouse pet of the year or a superstar. Solo site models and teen models are as flaky as they come... she iwll change her mind the first time a friend sees the site.

have her shoot thousands of pics and throw them into the content management script, then let it go and collect the money
