I thought I was the only one who was afraid that since I havent done hard cardio in awhile that I was nervous about heart problems haha But I run sometimes and feel that my body can take it. Im sure yours can too. Just stretch out those muscles then work your way up gradually.
early in the morning sea is cold and external temp. is also lower
Ok now that you have placed where you would be swimming at it does make some difference.
Though since you are talking about a sea, seriously how much does the water really warm up by say 5pm? If I was betting I would presume no more than a degree or two if that.
cant really tell but external temp. can drop 10+ celcius
if thats the case with water i'll better stay away lol
pool is always warm, but im not big fun of pools, possible due too a lot of chlorium i drunk when i was in a swimming team younger hahh
Fuck I just looked it up, you would be lucky to see a 2.5 degree celcius change in sea water Assuming you measured it in january then again in may.
Like I thought day to day or hour to hour there is no noticable difference.
the key is to warm up the body before you jump in... do some stretching, maybe jog in place... last thing you need is a cramp in there.... and make sure you go in on an empty stomach
