today is my 1 month anniversary of being smoke free, and to be honest, its actually easy to quit.

if you can get through the first 2 days, you can most definatly do it!!
then just get through that first week (7 days), after that, its pretty easy.

you'll always think about it from time to time, but once you feel how GOOD YOU FEEL from 1 week of not smoking, you'll never wanna light up again!
