This is a teen TGP so it should possibly reflect that? It is run by a purple rhino and maybe it should continue to reflect that too?
I put it out to get one done about 3 weeks ago and Doctor Dre took up the offer. He has since dropped off the map as far as designing it goes so I have no choice but to start it up again.

The finished product should incorporate text galleries too. A links section for what ever bullshit I am selling that month, perhaps a few of them. Toplists, toplists, toplists. A way to expand. More odd sized banner promotion, more text link promotion.
I do not want cookie cutter design here. It shouldn't look like every other
