When they catch whoever did it, I hope the fathers of the girls wait as he's going into the courthouse, and ambush him with ak47's. No, that would be painless. They should ambush him with a white phosperous grenade or machetes that have been heated to 900 degrees.

I no longer believe in the death sentence. It's too costly, takes way too much time, and surely isn't stopping anyone from commiting a crime.

Lock them up for life. Make them all wear pink underwear and nothing else; Let them get ass raped for the next sixty years of their life. And no fucking TV either.

That's a fair punishment for their crime.

Illinois has been a haven for crazies in the last two weeks... this one disturbed me much more... a mother stabbing each of her two kids 200+ times.

Mother charged in stabbling deaths

HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill. - The mother of a 9-year-old boy and 3-year-old girl who were fatally stabbed more than 200 times each inside their suburban Chicago home was charged Friday with two counts of first-degree murder, authorities said.

A school bus passes the Hoffman Estates, Ill., home of Nikolai and Tonya Vasilev, where authorities say their two children, Christian and Gracie, were found stabbed to death Wednesday night, Thursday, April 28, 2005. Authorities are questioning the parents Thursday morning after finding several knives they believe are the murder weapons, police said.

Tonya Vasilev, 34 - a heavy bandage covering her left wrist - appeared in court Friday afternoon and answered the judge's questions in a soft, shaking voice. The judge appointed a public defender to represent her and ordered her held without bail.

Investigators believe she was at home Wednesday night when Christian and Gracie Vasilev were killed. The children's father and a friend who had been living with the family discovered the bloody scene when they arrived home that evening.

Police found the boy lying just inside the front door and carried him outside, where they tried in vain to resuscitate him, said Hoffman Estates Police Lt. Rich Russo.

The little girl and the children's mother were both upstairs. The girl was dead, and her mother had what appeared to be minor cuts on her hands. Police recovered several knives believed to have been used to kill the children.

The stabbings came five years after the couple's 3-month-old daughter died in a fire at an Elk Grove Village town house where the family then lived. The cause of the 2000 fire remains undetermined, but foul play was never suspected, said Larry Hammar, deputy chief of the Elk Grove Village Police.

Hammar said his department will investigate that fire again. The mother was home at the time of the blaze.

Village police said at the time that Tonya Vasilev left the baby in a carrier in the laundry room while she went to check on another of her children. She noticed smoke coming from the window a short time later.

Malcolm said no weapons were found and there was no evidence of sexual assault

There was some loner kid some years back that was always being picked on in school, I can't remember his name, he was pudgy, redheaded, and had really messed up ears. The only reason he killed a younger kid than him was to see what it was like.

Ask a five year old what happens when someone dies, they think its like Bugs Bunny, you get flattened, and you spring back to life like nothing happened in the first place. I wouldn't be too suprised if this was some sort of thrill killing for an older kid in the neighborhood.

I have to agree with Broke, lately Northern Illinois has been the scene of one too many stabbings and violent killings, the mother chasing her children around the house with knives really messed with me.

I think they said both girls went missing on bikes, and one bike was found nearby, so that might lead me to believe its another child/teenager ( and the lack of sexual assault )

Both these stories are probally some of the most disgusting shit i have ever heard. I hope all parties responsible pay dearly, sad part is it still won't be equal justice.

This did happen several years ago. The father was waiting in the airport for the police to bring back the molester and sodomizer of his young son from another state. It was caught on film by newscrew at the airport. The father was pretending to talk to someone on the pay phone, when the two cops walked by with the handcuffed suspect, the father pulled a gun and put one in the suspects head! Suspect had multiple priors as well. Guess who went to prison?

That is the sad part with the things that kids witness on television and the media as a whole. While they are having fun, part of them is being molded to something else, not worthwhile. At certain level, media exposure affects them.
