Is afternic.com safe to use?

I used afternic before it got bought out. Was good then. Not sure how it is now.

There are some places out there that warn about AfterNic, such as igoldrush.com, but AfterNic remains one of the biggest domain name buying/selling sites out there.

Starting the new buy & sell forum here on GFY was a great idea. With the noticable rise in popularity in buying and selling domain names and websites, I supposed it was just a matter of time.
