    how come Cbill does not take epass?

    I just tried to signup and it said declined. Why is this?

    This is just a theory, but ePassporte is run by one of CCBill's competitors.

                Actually CCBill or any other processor that runs properly classified 5967 (high risk) transactions cannot take ePassporte without being manually set up to do so by ePassporte.

                Same with gaming or other high risk MCCs. They are declined by default.

                No conspiracy, no secrets, just a simple situation.
