Shit, I collected all of the Coca Cola cans back in 1984 when they went wire to wire. Parrish, Trammell, Whitaker, Morris, Lemon and of course Hernandez.
Go Tigers, lol.
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

Ah, Those were the days! One of the best single season baseball teams of all time. Maybe Trammell can put back some of the magic.
I was in the stands that year when Larry Herndon hit the home rum to beat the BlueJays 1-0 and clinch the division. the ball landed 20 feet in front of me.
Yeah, not much to brag about since, although I still don't know how the Twinkies won in 1987.

I never could figure that one out either. We kicked their asses in the regular season. It was that goddam metrodome with its astroturf. Doyle Alexander goes 9-0 in the regular season and loses twice in the playoffs. Ouch! I still remember the feeling I had when Matt Nokes grounded out to second to end the series in five.
I was in the centerfield bleechers when Hernandez struck out the last batter in a 4-0 win over the Brewers that gave the Tigers the division title in 1984. I think I still have some of the grass from the field stored somewhere from that day.
