I live in a black neighborhood, and as a rule the above is true. They spend nothing on there homes upkeep, yet buy extremely expensive cars. I also notice that the parents spend little, or no time whith there kids. Black parents also will use extreme foul language in front of there small kids, and grandchildren. They also have no consideration of other folks musical likes, and dislikes. They will sit at the red light playing the most filthy rap extremely load with whites sitting there looking at them like scum. They have no shame. Call it racist or what you like, but its a fact !
