I don't see any relation between those two photos.

The guy could be from anything at all....

As far as I know, those pirhanas or whatever they're called are very timid, and if you're swimming, they won't get near you.

not sure what kinda pirahanas you have played with but most get pissed off easy and love to nip at anything moving, Friend of mine had a 200 gallon tank with pirahanas and those fuckers would eat anything, mean little shits.

I had a friend with a few of them too. If you weren't fast enough when feeding them they'd jump out of the tank and snatch your finger.
