most per month deals are done with a minimum amount of posts in mind or with people you know post frequently

if you did per post, i would do it with reputable people and not people know for being sig whores

Yup.

Regardless of what type of method you pay by, you should always make sure you at least know the posting frequency and/or style fo the person whos sig your buying. Buy some noobs sig and next thing you know hes running around posting about killing babies and posting pictures of beast content. Like any investment, its best to do your homework.

i think it must be in complex: per month + min amount of posts + constant style (link to history of posts)

and do language segmentation on your site

may be somebody make program for accounting rate of sig

Yes it is allowed. There were one thread in ex. "Sigs" forum about that.
