LOL ya, i've lost a few inches from my hips and waist, thats VERY noticable, but im still the exact same weight i was when i started working out 2 months ago, so it looks like this is normal for right now, which is good!

i damn near cried when i got on the scale for the first time in weeks, i thought maybe i lost 10 pds cuz i saw the inches came off of my body, but turns out, i only lost like a pound lol

i got SO depressed over that. i felt like i've re-arranged my whole life for months, and been working really hard to getting my health back on track, and after all that, i lost 1 pd, ya....i was about to cry

and i've been doing light-weights to gain a LITTLE muscle, cuz muscle burns calories (like you said). and i know my metabolism has jumped up alot cuz i get hungry like every hour now.
