I'm 27 but could pass for 18. I think it's also because I am very small (I'm 5 ft)
plus I'm probably immature in many ways and still am into the real "young trendy" fashions like super low-rise jeans and Juicy Couture. Well, actually that's not really considered dressing like you are "young" because in Socal EVERYONE dresses like that and you are supposed to look young and trendy. Who wants to actually look old? I guess I just have the "young" look...
Without makeup I could probably pass for under 18, but I don't go out in public without makeup... ( I'm one of those super duper high-maintenance people
