A simple thing you do (usually check a box) when you encode video after the capture (or during if your capture hardware supports it) that basically gets rid of the 'lines' you see in the video making it look much smoother. Computer video does not need to be interlaced, like regular television does.
Pause your video around :25 sec and ull see the lines in her hand.
