$10?? i'm sorry to say this but you get what you pay for. why sell your designer so cheap? if he did quality work, wouldn't you charge more?

could you please post what some $10 galleries look like? i'd really be interested in seeing what's actually done, on a regular basis, for 10 dollars.

as long as you give him an idea of what ya want he can do whatever style you want. Just show him some templates to mimic in terms of layout and or general direction and he's good to go
