It's the bottom right one. I'm going to the same dentist who pulled the one above it. He used novocaine shots. I only felt the pressure of him moving it around, it wasn't bleeding when I got home and removed the swab, no pain when the shot wore off and the next day the gap had filled in and I was only aware of having had it done if I stuck my tongue there and was eating anything I wanted. I'm hoping for something like that today
