Actually, I used to get headaches when I masturbated when I was younger. I never found out what caused it, it just went away after a couple years. I don't know. Do you do drugs? I used to, and that could have been the reason. I have no clue.

Now that I think of it, I didn't just get the headache when I was on the verge of climax, I got it basically the entire time I was masturbating.
Weird indeed.

To answer your other question, I do smoke weed occasionally and drink, but I haven't done any other drugs in years and years.

All kidding aside, you should talk this over with your Doctor. It sounds as if you may have some artery problems. This is much like getting migraines can be. It could indicate a lurking problem. Strokes and heart attacks could be the result. Or, you could blow a vessel and bleed out under a stressful situation.
You really ought to have it checked.

Whoa...I had this happen to me consistently for about a week, starting right after I went camping with this chick. When we got back, we were having sex in the shower and just before I finished, my head felt like it was going to explode...like I literally held my head thinking it was the only way to keep it together. I immediately called a doctor friend of mine, and he said he had a firefighter patient of his that had the same occurence. I wondered if the smoke had something to do with it (coincidence that a firefighter had it and I did after hanging around a campfire). He didn't think so, but said it would probably go away, but an MRI might be a safe precaution. The headaches did go away shortly thereafter and haven't returned. Freaky scary shit, though. And I'm very physically fit, have never done any drugs, don't smoke and don't drink.

I get headaches that last maybe 15-30 seconds around my temples.. just feels like massive pressure, usually if I rub it the headache stops quicker, but its been happening for about 4 years now
