Have a look at strongbox (
www.bettercgi.com) as they have a option in there that protects your content against downloading with automated Site downloaders. So the surfer can download the pictures and videos, with a right click as usual, but if the start to rip your entire site, they will be blocked.
Thats a good compromise I think as the people will download your pics and vids anyway and this is fine with me. But people ripping the whole site is another story.
