I saw this exact BS a week ago in Highland Beach which is a small but very ultra rich community by the ocean here.
A black guy was merely jogging on the sidewalk. Not doing a single thing and 2 police cars pull up. I was jogging also so I could hear everything happening and the guy was naturally defensive saying "I'm just jogging officers what's the problem?" and the cops responded by telling him to put his hands up against the car and they proceeded to frisk him.
They made him stand there against the car for several minutes while they ran his license. Then they let him go and told him to head the other way out of Highland Beach.
I really felt sorry for this fellow. It was complete harrassment and bullshit. They stopped him just cause he was a black man running in a rich white community.
