For me it gets better by default. I'm not greedy so things are cool.

I see many familiar faces that have been rolling along for close to a decade now.

Some folks are long gone and some new ones emerging.

When someone falls off they'll say it's the viciousness, competitiveness, yadda yadda but I don't see that.

Whatcha' think?
