Even though IV was US propoganda, I thought it was the best movie of the series (okay, maybe not). But at the very least, this movie was Rocky's toughest/most admirable opponent. Drago was a monster as is. Yet took steroids, had a technically advanced/vigerous workout routine. Rocky? He trained in the Russia, admist the mountains, trained hard without the bullshit machines, and still prevailed. Classic David vs. Goliath tale
