they're hosted by prohosters according to verio rwhois. so i'd guess they'd be the place to start. don't bother going up the chain to verio tho, verio doesn't care about spam unfortunately.

wouldn't hurt to complain to mtreexxx.net (flying croc) to get their affiliate payout shut off too (since that's where the spam goes)

Just disable getting messages from users outside your ICQ list.

Simple as that...
