I've dealt with Walter for some time, and he's such a patient guy. Loads of incredible names, and very careful only to sell when he really wants to. And just around the time of that awful chatroom I started to cry about it and pester him.

It's all relative.

You have to remember that this guy owns a TON of monster names, and he's never seemed to need the money. So why would you ever sell yourself short on the baby of your portfolio.

I just realized I do not understand the domain game at all. He has SE traffic in there and does not have 10k a day in hits. That is worth 1 mil? The name is not really commercial in nature. At least not to me. I am a dope on this and need to focus on my core skills. Thanks for pointing this out.

I believe it was stolen .. and it took something like 3 years for the company to get it back ..during that time the guy that stole it made 6 million from the domain traffic ... the judge put an estimated value on the URL of $40 million as a biz ... not bad .
