about 5-7 years ago Sex.com was sold for 9 million bux... i think it was an internal sale, like from entity to entity essentially owned by Stephen Cohen at the time.. maybe for publicity... not sure its current value...
as far as this walter guy not selling for 1mil... hey.. if he doesnt *need* the cash, im sure he realizes in 5-10 years it he'll be getting offers 4 times that amount...
