Actually I would have thought that would have been attacked again by now. I was reading up on some of what the terrorists had planned on 9-11 and after. I don't like Bush anymore but I have to admit that with all shit the terrorists had planned and none of it has happened again he at least has done kept it from happing again.
However, if it were to happen again, I think it would be sometime after the election no matter who wins. Bush wins they might do it to make a point. If Kerry wins I think they would do it to show they're not afraid of him. I think it's less likely to happen if Bush gets reelected because I think they think he's crazy and they may be right. But, no matter what those fuckbags will find an excuse for anything. If they want to they will. It's all they know. Their reasons are just excuses for their own problems they don't know how to deal properly.
