              Been there, done that several times. Once it was a pair of earrings....one just disappeared. These gold earrings were a gift and very special to me...I searched for weeks. Went through every garbage bag, the vacuum cleaner...vanished in thin air. I was heartbroken.

              Two years later I went and got the binnoculars from their case and the friggen earring was in the case! How it got in there I will never know.

              If you can believe it, it has vanished again though..so lets hope I find it somewhere down the road.
