That will never work.....Leaving without telling anyone is not illegal. Lying to the cops once you were found and planning on lying in advance is illegal...
So they can file charges in regards to her orchastrated lying...But beyond that it'd just be wasted lawyer fees.
But in regards to what they CAN charge her with...Almost every lawyer or ex prosecutor on TV has said that they will in all likelyhood deem tha the public ridicule will be punishment enough
