Were looking for feedback as to what you all look for in a web hosting company before and after you signup with them?

Is everyone looking for rock bottom prices, cheap bandwith , good service, etc.. We have been in the hosting business for quite awhile on the mainstream side and we are looking to get more involved in the adult side of things. I know from all my years of work on the mainstream side what customers are looking for, just not sure they are the same on this side of the business.
