I have been bouncing the Idea around a bit , Do Affiliates like having a rep to deal with? or would you rather deal with the owners? The feed back here will decide if I hire a Good person or not , Give me your opinions on this matter.

A good affiliate rep is good for many reasons. Not only will they save you time, but PR and marketing should be taken care of. Generally the affiliate manager will be the person that handles everything while the important questions and requests can be forwarded to the owner. Needless to say, a good account rep is beneficial and it'll allow you to have more time to focus on other tasks. Just make sure the tools he needs are in place and easilly accessable.Comment

I can only offer my opinion... but with that being said I prefer when an affiliate program has a rep. I dont care if im speaking to the owner or not, I just like it when an affiliate rep takes the intiative to contact me when I sign up for a new program and introduce him/her self and let me know that I can contact if something should arise. hehe, truth be told it makes me feel important. ...and therefor I am more loyal to that program. Hope that helps and best of luck with whatever you decide.

So let me be sexist also, I don?t mind MALE reps as long as they know what they are talking and are not fat, drunk, uneducated disrespectful losers promising the world which they have control of. And, when they can?t deliver they are obnoxious to the affiliate (probably because they need to feel high a mighty because of their penis and brain size). End of rant.
Hiring a rep can free up some valuable time for other ventures within your business. If you do hire a rep, just let your affiliates/customers know that you are still available to talk with and the rep knows your program inside and out.
