                              I also thought it might be 70's Mega-Movie Maker IrWin Allen, but I think he's been dead a while.

                              Anyway, FUCK, it was hard to dig up a picture of this guy. I think calling him a "villain" was a bit of an exaggeration. Looks like he was just another one of those guys that gets like 4 mins. of screen time, then gets thrown off a moving a train.
