Actually, cannibalism itself is fine. The only disease comes from eating a human brain. This is what has happened to the cattle industry with Mad Cow disease. They'd grind up animal remains (brain included) and mix it into the cattle feed. The livestock which ate it developed Mad Cow disease (which ironically "eats" away at their brains). Other than that, cannibalism is cool....I've read!
