    Saw Dave Matthews Band live last night

    Before last night I barely knew who these guys were. Think I knew like 2 songs. Got the tickets as a gift from a client of one of my mainstream businesses. But anyways, they put on a great performance and are definetly worth checking out. Had fun paying $6 for a beer

                      Right on. I actually saw Dave 2 weeks ago at Bonnaroo, too...and I had totally forgot about it.

                                  Met him on the street in Seattle when taking my cat for surgery Nov of 2002. He asked questions about the cat, etc. After I dropped the cat off, I went next door for a latte... he was walking out the door with a boxed lunch and said "what? the cat doesn't get to eat lunch?" When I walked back into the vets office, the office staff was standing there gawlking and asked me how I knew Dave Matthews. It didn't dawn on me until then who I'd been chatting with. Guess he lives a few blocks up from the vet's office and is by there all the time, but they'd never seen him stop and talk to anyone.

                                      That's a very cool story. He appears to be a pretty cool, laid back fellow when he performs.
