Yes -- totally FAKE. Absolutely nothing in all of zoology has teeth like that. You can always tell when something like this is a constructed fake (however otherwise brilliant) because they almost never have even a basic understanding of the requirements of anatomical design -- things have to WORK, not just look scary or weird. And those teeth simply do not "work".
