When I was younger we were enginnering simular things, and messing around with chemicals seeing what we were smart enough to do. Many of my friends wound up with federal time because they blew up mailboxes or other federal property, some went to the state pen for posession of weaponry such as pipe bombs, car bombs (what they call it when you have a bomb in a car) or blowing up ac units and garages. Some of us were smart enough to do it for the science or the challange and never needed to be destructive with it. Hopefully this kid is like us and feels no need to be destructive with his toys, for the sake of your children I can only hope.
