If you can log in to your account and see an option to upgrade your account to ePassporte Select, that is the easiest way. If you've already done that or don't have the option, then...

-> Contact
[email protected] from your eP email or the Message Center.
-> Tell them you want to raise your paramters.
They will tell you what your parameters can be raised to and what you need to do.
