I have a video I have edited that will eventually go on a DVD. The video is just over 30 minutes. There is only a couple of basic transitions and 2 generated text events.
Computer I am using now has 1gb of ram, 2.8ghz P4 w/HT. Nothing else is running in the background, no other open applications.
The countdown meter says 3 hours to completion. Then, as I understand it, I will have to re-encode into MPEG-2 for transfer to the DVD using DVDA.
So, just to clarify my quesiotn. In your experience, does it really take over 6 hours to make a 30 minute DVD? If not, I must be doing something wrong here...
Thank you!
