Fuckin' surfers STILL submit pics with other sites watermarks on them and shit, or just pics that I've seen before or are obviously professional.

How can I deter them even more from submitting stolen content? I'd say about 25% of submissions I get right now are stolen. Of course that content is deleted and the submitter is IP-banned from my site, but any other suggestions?
