is there a traffic trade script for a small tgp that is easy to set up and automatically begins trading? or do I have to go to everyone's tgp and ask for trades?

You will always need to find trades and you can also pay someone to install whichever program you use. If you buy ATX from www.arrowscripts.com they will install it (included in the price). If you go for TTT (FREE) they have a site that list other TGPs looking for trades.
