What do you think about webmaster sponsors, hosting companies and other online services that don't answer to your emails? How long do you wait before you write again? How long do you wait before using another hosting company because the one you selected first did not answer to your email in 24 hours?

I write once, and if they can't answer me, then I move on. Matter a fact, recently I've wrote a few sponcers pretty well known on this board and got NO responce at all. I just send the signup's somewhere else

Hosting companies should respond to emails right away. As for affiliate programs they should answer your emails within a couple hours but that is just my opinion. We answer every email and icq asap. If you wait more than 15 hours I would say fuck it for sure.

Hosting companies should respond within a day or 2, sponsors i'd have them 2 emails within a week... after that. bu byeComment
