    before and after pics

    I remember some guy posted here a pics with great results hittin the gym in short time , it's was before and after pics , I believe it's was some kinda young person with blonde hair (could be mistaken) , man can you hear me ? let me know.

              I need to loose some weight and to take care about my body , but I don't trust those online articles , most of them ending up as "buy a shit , and you will loose your weight" ughhh damn , I need advice from someone who passed the road. thanks again !

                      Thats a good site for you then.. he recorded everything down to what exercises he did each day and what he ate...
